A. The trip is open to 6th-12th graders from across CHUSY!

•  6th-7th graders will be placed in groups and supervised by staff

💲 Q. How much does the trip cost and what is the registration deadline?

A. Pricing for the CHUSY Great Wolf Lodge Field Trip is as follows:

• 🎟️ $54.00 through April 17th

• 🎟️ $72.00 through May 1st

• 🎟️ $108.00 full price through May 1th

🎒 Q. What should participants bring with them?

A. To ensure a safe and fun day at Great Wolf Lodge, participants should bring:

Lunch Options:

• Please pack your teen a bagged lunch for the bus ride to Great Wolf Lodge if they would like. Teens will also be able to purchase food from the venue.

Essentials:​

• Reusable water bottle (to stay hydrated) 💧

• Comfortable walking shoes 👟 (Rock wall!)

• Bathing Suit and Towel (for the water park!) 

• Change of clothes 👚(after the water park!)

Optional Items:

• Money for snacks and souvenirs 💸

• Light jacket or sweatshirt 🧥 (in case it gets cool later in the day)

• Small backpack 🎒 (to carry belongings)
   

🚌 Q. Will there be transportation provided?

A. Yes! Transportation is included in the cost of the trip. Buses will depart from and return to the following locations:

  • Pick up after event: 7:15 PM

 

👕Q.  Is there a dress code for the event?

A. Yes! Since we’ll be spending the day outdoors and walking around a lot, we recommend that participants:

Dress for Comfort:

• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for warm weather.

• T-shirts, shorts, and light, breathable fabrics are best.

• Bathing suit and towel for our day at the Water Park. 
   

Footwear:

• Teens should bring comfortable closed toes shoes to enjoy the indoor waterpark as well as the other amazing attractions at Great Wolf Lodge

• ​

Other Tips:

• Bring a light jacket or sweatshirt in case the weather cools down.

 

🌧️ Q. What happens if it rains?

A. Great Wolf Lodge attractions and activities are all indoor! Rain or shine CHUSY will be having a fantastic day! 

 

🛡️ Q. Are there any safety measures in place?

A. Yes! The safety of our participants is our top priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:

 Staff-to-Participant Ratio:

• We will maintain at least a 1:10 staff-to-participant ratio throughout the trip.
   

 Group Supervision:

• 6th-7th graders will be assigned to groups and will stay with their group leaders at all times.
   

• 8th-12th graders are required to travel in groups of at least 3 while exploring the park.
   

Check-In System:

• There will be required check-in times throughout the event to ensure that all participants are accounted for.
   

Emergency Procedures:

• All staff will be equipped with emergency contact information and a designated meeting point will be established in case of separation.
   

 

💸 Q. What is the refund policy?

A. Our refund policy is as follows:

 Full Refund:

• Cancellations made on or before May 3rd will receive a full refund.
   

 No Refunds:

• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made after May 4th.
